2. Your membership gives you the right to use all my graphics. Tube license is INCLUDED in the fee.
3. LIFETIME means lifetime of my website.
4. Never claim my graphics as your own.
5. Your email address will be added to my update mailing list. I respect privacy. I will not share/sell your email address.

7. NO refund.
8. You MUST have a website
and you must add my logo on your page. You will be giving acccess to the
member's area once your member logo is online.
After 2 weeks, if the logo is still not online, a refund will be sent to
you.
:: SIGTAGS ::
1. You can offer my sigtags to your members.
2. Add text before adding to your site as a preview.
3. Do not sell nor offer ''as is''.
:: WEBSETS ::
1. For personnal use only
2. Do not offer my websets on your website for download
3. Always keep credit links on pages.
4. No HTML help will be provided.
Please note: I have a layout profit licence for using Simply Shantastic layout.
:: SPLASH PAGES ::
1. You may remove the ads logo and add your own text.
2. You must keep the credit logos on the splash page.
3. Do NOT resale nor give away.
